Although everyone in the painting is trying to figure out how Intel Xeon and the Atom chips can be replaced with ARM processors, Steve Furber, chief designer of 32-bit ARM RISC processor gland in the 1980's and now the professor of engineering at the University of ICL Manchester, is a different question which is: how many neurons can simulate an ARM chip?
